ARTICLE 10 INSURANCE AND BONDS
The Contractor shall purchase and maintain insurance and provide bonds as set forth in Article 11 of AIA Document
A232-2009 as modified
Refer to Supplemental Conditions modifying AIA Document A232-2009 for changes and additions to Article 11
"Insurance and Bonds".
Contractor is required to provide 100% Payment and Performance Bonds.
