RE: H-2017-0157 RZ CPAM KOBE COPE
The Idaho Transportation Department (ITD) has reviewed the rezone and amendment to the comprehensive
plan future land use map applications by Kobe, LLC and Cope Holdings, LLC for a parcel located at the
northeast corner of North Locust Grove Road and East Franklin Road west of SH-55 milepost 37.00. ITD has
the following comments:
1. This property does not abut the State highway system.
2. IDAPA 39.03.60 rules govern advertising along the State highway system. The applicant can
contact the ITD District 3 Traffic Section at 334-8300 for more information.
3. Idaho Code 40-1910 does not allow advertising within the right-of-way of any State highway.
4. ITD does not object to the rezone and amendment to the comprehensive plan future land use map
applications as presented.

The Idaho Transportation Department (ITD) has reviewed the referenced Comp Plan Map
Amendment and Rezone notice for the property located on the northeast corner of North
Locust Grove Road and East Franklin Road, north of I-84 MP 45.10. ITD has the following
comments:
1. ITD does not object to the proposed changes to the Comprehensive Plan Map
Amendment and Rezone as described in this notice.
