RE: H-2017-0155 CUP ESCAPE ROOM
The Idaho Transportation Department (ITD) has reviewed the conditional use permit to operate indoor arts,
entertainment and recreation facility submitted by Samuel Marvin, LMP Enterprises The site is located at 2959
South Meridian Rd. Meridian, Idaho, west of SH-69 milepost 8.30. ITD has the following comments:
1. This property abuts the State highway system.
2. No additional access to the State Highway system is requested with this application and none is
approved.
3. Idaho Code 40-1910 does not allow advertising within the right-of-way of any State highway.
4. IDAPA 39.03.60 governs advertising along the State highway system. The applicant may contact
Justin Pond, Program Manager for ITD’s Headquarters Right-of-Way Section at 334-8832 for more
information.
5. ITD does not object to the conditional use permit application as presented.
