Broadway Avenue Meridian, Idaho 83642 VIA EMAIL RE: H-2017-0161 POND SUBDIVISION FP The Idaho Transportation Department (ITD) has reviewed the referenced final plat application by Schultz Development for Pond Subdivision to construct 20 building lots and 6 common lots on a 4.82 acre parcel located west of SH-55 milepost 38.75. ITD has the following comments: 1. This project does not abut the State highway system. 2. IDAPA 39.03.60 governs advertising along the State highway system. The applicant may contact Justin Pond, Program Manager for ITD’s Headquarters Right-of-Way Section at 334- 8832 for more information. 3. Idaho Code 40-1910 does not allow advertising within the right-of-way of any State highway. 4.
