RE: H-2017-0141 CUP TRACK UTILITIES EXPANSION
The Idaho Transportation Department (ITD) has reviewed the application for a conditional use permit
to expand the existing equipment, sales and rental service use (Track Utility) formerly known as H&H
approved with CUP-06-019 for the purpose of allowing additional outdoor storage on the abutting
property located at 305 W. Franklin Rd., Meridian, Idaho, north of I-84 milepost 43.94. ITD has the
following comments:
1. This property does not abut the State highway system.
2. ITD does not object to the conditional use permit application for the expansion of the
existing site as described.
