NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Ordinances of the City of Meridian and the Laws of the State of
Idaho that the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Meridian will hold a public hearing at the Meridian
City Hall, 33 East Broadway Avenue, Meridian, Idaho, at the hour of 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, January 4, 2018 for the
purpose of reviewing and considering the applications of:
Samuel Marvin, LMP Enterprises for Conditional Use Permit approval to operate an indoor arts,
entertainment and recreation facility in the L-O zoning district for Escape Room (H-2017-0155) located at 2959 S.
Meridian Road;
Brighton Investments, LLC for Annexation and Zoning of 35.35 acres of land with an R-8
zoning district; Preliminary Plat consisting of 120 building lots and 11 common lots on 35.35 acres of land in the R-8
zoning district for Turf Farm Subdivision (H-2017-0149) located off the northeast corner of S. Eagle Rd. and E. Lake
Hazel Rd.;
Dan Zimmerman, TAIT & Associates for Preliminary Plat consisting of 7 building lots on 18.75 acres of
land in the C-G zoning district for Winco Wells Subdivision (H-2017-0153) located at 2600 E. Overland Rd;
New Cavanaugh, LLC for Rezone of 15.68 acres of land from the R-8 to the R-15 zoning district;
Preliminary plat consisting of 67 building lots and 9 common lots on 14.42 acres of land in the R-15 district;
Amendment to the Development Agreement to modify the conceptual development plan to include more building
lots for the development of patio homes on the portion of the site west of S. Standing Timber Way for Caven Ridge
Estates West (H-2017-0156) located on the east side of S. Meridian Road, south of E.Victory Road.
Copies of the above applications are available for review upon request. Any and all interested persons shall
be heard at said public hearing, and the public is welcome and invited to submit testimony. Oral testimony may be
limited to three (3) minutes per person. Written materials may be submitted seven (7) days prior to the above hearing
date so that all interested parties may examine them prior to the hearing. All materials presented at public meetings
shall become property of the City of Meridian. Anyone desiring accommodation for disabilities related to documents
