This property lies within the Nampa -Meridian Irrigation District as noted on the plat,
however, it is serviced by the Boise Project Board of Control. The developers will need
to contact NMID for any concerns they may have before the Boise Project will approve a
final plat and irrigation and drainage plan. Written response from the District is required.
Local irrigation/drainage ditches that cross this property, in order to serve neighboring
properties, must remain unobstructed and protected by an appropriate easement.
