It 'appears this modification to the Development Agreement will have no impact on the
easement area for the Nampa & Meridian Irrigation District's (NMID's) Nine Mile Drain.
Therefore, NMID has no comment on the above -referenced application.
The easement for the Nine Mile Drain at this location is minimum of sixty feet (60') total,
thirty feet (30') from centerline each direction.
All private laterals and waste ways must be protected. All municipal surface drainage must be
retained on-site. If any surface drainage leaves the site, NMID must review drainage plans.
Developers must comply with Idaho Code 31-3805.
