I would like to have this email added to the record for the City council meeting discussing the lack of needed entrance/exits to the Movado subdivision. The current plan for only 3 access points is not sufficient. There needs to be access directly to Cloverdale Road. Without access to Cloverdale Road, it is likely people needing to go south will use the Muir Woods and Sutherland Farms roads as a cut through. With nearly 550 additional homes slated for development that will bring considerable traffic to the area. These quite neighborhoods could become thoroughfares. The developer should be required to have access to both Overland and Cloverdale roads for these new dwellings. The 2 access roads through the business park are windy and slow and will encourage people to look for other ways to access the subdivision and especially exit to the south. Please require DevCo to alter the current plat to include access directly to Cloverdale road and add my vote against the current proposed layout.
