Subject:Movado subdivision
Dear Mayor de Weerd and City Council members -
I would like to voice my concern regarding the development of the Movado subdivision. I am concerned that
with amount of total units to be developed, there is insufficient access to the subdivision, which, may in turn,
impact my subdivision, Muir Woods. This impact is quite possible with children/parents going to and coming
from Pepper Ridge Elementary School. While I am not a resident of Meridian (I am a Boise resident), the
development of this subdivision has the strong potential to impact me. I strongly believe that another
entrance/exit needs to be added to the master plan -- more specifically, I urge that an entrance be added out
to Cloverdale, from the far east part of the development.
