Subject:Movado Subdivision Access
To Whom It May Concern
I am a homeowner in the Muir Woods subdivision that is adjacent to the Movado Subdivision.
I am opposed to the traffic plan for this Subdivision because it will result in greatly increased traffic volume through Muir
Woods Sub.
Without a direct connection from Movado to Cloverdale Road the residents with kids at Pepperwood school will route
around through our sub to get to Cloverdale and to get to Eagle road going south.
This is bad planning.
Please require the developer to install another means of Egress from Movado going east to Cloverdale Road.
