Dear Members of the Meridian City Council,
My name is Steve Kaufman. My wife and I live in Muir Woods subdivision. We have been informed that the
current plans for this development do not include access or exit to South Cloverdale road. Also the plans for the
intersection of Movado Way and Overland do not include a traffic light. My concern is that these two items will
cause a significant increase in traffic through our neighbourhood. We just moved to Muir Wood this July and
believe that both of these two items will negatively impact our Muir Wood subdivision. Our property taxes for
our new home are significantly higher than at our previous home in Lakewood in Southeast Boise. I ask that
you change the plans for this Subdivision.
