Movado development is a great concern to the residents of Muir Woods Subdivision that borders the Movado
development. We have joined forces with surrounding subdivisions, particularly Sutherland Farms, to oppose
this develop due to the potential traffic issues.
We've talked to ACHD and found that they too fear an increase in traffic on Muir Ridge Drive; and Muir Ridge
Drive is almost maxed out according Ada County Highway Department. Muir Ridge Drive runs east and west
from Cloverdale to Eagle Road via a few side streets. Movado development is attempting to use existing roads
to handle all the increased traffic it will generate.
We vote no until the traffic issues are fairly addressed.
