To whom it may concern,
My name is Cassie Shelton and my husband is Mike Shelton. Please consider this statement as part
of the hearing for the Movado neighborhood on Dec. 5, 2018. We live in Muir Woods Subdivision at
2934 S. Goshen Way just south of the newly planned Movado neighborhood. We have no problems
with a new neighborhood being planned at its current location. What we do have a problem with is
the fact that there is no planned street entrance from this new neighborhood onto Cloverdale
road. With so many new residences in Movado, the neighborhoods of Sutherland Farm and Muir
Woods will become heavy traffic zones. Our neighborhoods were never planned to accommodate so
much traffic. Pepperhills Elementary school is the designated school for this new neighborhood and
every family with children in Movado will travel through Sutherland Farms and Muir Woods as a short
cut to get to school rather than using Overland Road. Please consider the extreme traffic issues
caused by this new neighborhood before approving the neighborhood. Please stop approving every
developer's request without thoughtful consideration of the current neighbors and the traffic situations
caused by the new neighborhood.
