My name is Matt Schweiger and I live in Muir Woods at 2966 S. Mayflower Way 83709 I would like this email
to be apart of the record for tomorrow night's hearing. It is imperative that this development "MOVADO" have
access to Cloverdale for SAFETY REASONS. I am in real estate and understand cut through traffic in Ada
county. If precautions are not taken now I firmly believe there will be a death. I live next to the round about in
Winter's Run and before the traffic light was put in on Victory and Cloverdale there was insane high speed cut
through traffic. John Wassen from ACHD knows all to well how many car loads will be cutting through. Its a
Danger to our children, property values and ergonomic flow. This is common sense please implement access to
