RE: MERIDIAN - H-2017-0147 FP OAKS SOUTH SUBDIVISION NO. 7
The Idaho Transportation Department (ITD) has reviewed the referenced final plat application
consisting of 48 building lots and (4) four common lots on 19.09 acres of land in the R-4 zoning
district, by Thomas Coleman ID I, LLC for Oaks South Subdivision No. 8, located on a parcel 1.18
miles south of US-20/26 milepost 34.55. ITD has the following comments:
1. This project does not abut the State highway system.
2. IDAPA 39.03.60 governs advertising along the State highway system. The applicant may
contact Justin Pond, Program Manager for ITD’s Headquarters Right-of-Way Section at 334-
8832 for more information.
3. Idaho Code 40-1910 does not allow advertising within the right-of-way of any State highway.
4. ITD does not object to the construction of Oaks South Subdivision No. 8 on the parcel as
presented in the application.
