I was astounded to learn that Mr. Conger had filed a new application and I am concerned that the points we as
homeowners were especially concerned about have no not been addressed. These would be:
Using city water for home irrigation; this is because water rights have not bee obtained by the developer
Traffic from construction vehicles may go up Taconic and Cyanite
The number of roof tops has increased (from 117 to 139)
Rezoning changes which will result in higher density than originally planned
Please look at this matter carefully, realizing that the majority of our homeowners are NOT in support of this application.
