CITY OF MERIDIAN NOTICE OF HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council
of the City of Meridian will hold a public hearing at Meridian City
Hall, 33 E. Broadway Ave, Meridian, Idaho at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday,
December 5, 2017 for the purpose of reviewing and considering the
application H-2017-0117 by WHPacific for a Annexation and
Zoning of 23.02 Acres of Land with an R-8 Zoning District and a
Preliminary Plat Approval Consisting of 93 Building Lots and 11
Common Lots on 21.02 Acres of Land in a Proposed R-8 Zoning
District for Rapid Creek Subdivision generally located near the
South West Corner of West McMillan Road and North Black Cat
Road.

Any interested persons wishing to
testify are welcome to do so at the
public hearing listed on this notifica-
tion or submit written testimony to

than 7 days prior to the scheduled
hearing date. Applications are
subject to change throughout the
public hearing process and it is
incumbent on interested persons to
follow the process in person, online,
or by contacting City staff.
