CITY OF MERIDIAN NOTICE OF HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning and Zoning
Commission of the City of Meridian will hold a public hearing at
Meridian City Hall, 33 E. Broadway Ave, Meridian, Idaho at 6:00
p.m. on Thursday, September 21, 2017 for the purpose of review-
ing and considering the application H-2017-0117 by WHPacific for a
Annexation and Zoning of 23.02 Acres of Land with an R-8 Zoning
District and a Preliminary Plat Approval Consisting of 93
Building Lots and 11 Common Lots on 21.02 Acres of Land in a
Proposed R-8 Zoning District for Rapid Creek Subdivision
generally located near the South West Corner of West McMillan
Road and North Black Cat Road.

than 7 days prior to the scheduled
hearing date. Applications are
subject to change throughout the
public hearing process and it is
incumbent on interested persons to
