CITY OF MERIDIAN NOTICE OF HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council
of the City of Meridian will hold a public hearing at Meridian City
Hall, 33 E. Broadway Ave, Meridian, Idaho at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday,
December 5, 2017 for the purpose of reviewing and considering the
application H-2017-0145 by Volante Investments, LLLP For a
Modification to the Development Agreement (Inst. #2017-045074)
to Include a Conceptual Development Plan and Building Elevations
for Swindell Subdivision Located at the NW Corner of South Locust
Grove Road and East Overland Road

Any interested persons wishing to
testify are welcome to do so at the
public hearing listed on this notifica-
tion or submit written testimony to
the City Clerk’s Office at 33 E.

than 7 days prior to the scheduled
hearing date. Applications are
subject to change throughout the
public hearing process and it is
incumbent on interested persons to
follow the process in person, online,
or by contacting City staff.
