I am requesting that the Planning and Zoning Commission again deny application H-2017-0139 by Justin
Hadley. Stor-it at 1776 N Avest Lane is becoming a Cell Tower farm. There is already one junk ( unused ) tower
there now. Both towers can be seen form the front and side windows of my home and are an eye sore, a third
tower would just add to the unpleasant view that our neighborhood already has, to say nothing of the
negative affect it will have on neighborhood property values. If permission to build is granted by P&ZC please
require that the unused tower which is outdated and according to Justin Hadley at our meeting at Stor-It, "can
never be used again" be removed before any other tower can be erected. Thank you for your consideration
on this matter.
