RE: Waltman Court Subdivision - Conditional Use Permit Application
To Whom It May Concern:
We are applying for a conditional use permit for 420 Waltman Lane. Several
characteristics make the property ideal for our corporate office and contractors yard.
First, the property is close to several of our customers and vendors. This allows us to
conduct business more effectively. Second, the location allows for easy access to and
trom the property. We can utilize 1-84 to commute East or West or Meridian road to
commute North and South. Third, the location is central to our CUITent and future
employees as we are a growing company with ties to Meridian. Fourth, Republic Storage
yard will be a good neighbor for our company's material storage. Fifth, the close
proximity of the utilities allow for efficient use for our development service needs. Sixth,
the flat topography allows for cost effective building pads, streets, sidewalks, parking
facilities and landscaping areas. Seventh, the Ten Mile Drain naturally allows both a
functional buffer and a pretty setting.
