This email is to put on record with the clerks office that included in the above referenced application was a
listing of homeowners notified of a neighborhood meeting to listen to the proposed developers of this property.
I want to make sure it is known that not one homeowner that is affected in Oakwood subdivision was notified.
Specifically those houses on the north side of tall prairie who are directly impacted, probably more then the
homes in Kentucky Ridge.
The inclusion of this neighborhood meeting into the application shows some good faith in talking with the
community, but completely ignored crucial homeowners. I have copied the planning company to show we are
not trying to backend anyone but expect to be clear in our desire for input on something that can so greatly
impact our lives and home value.
