RE: H-2017-0138 LINDER PROFESSIONAL PLAZA
The Idaho Transportation Department (ITD) has reviewed the short plat application by Aaron
Moorhouse with M & L Properties, LLC for Linder Professional Plaza consisting of 3 building lots on
a parcel located at 4664 North Penngrove Way, south of US-20/26 (West Chinden Boulevard)
milepost 37.21. ITD has the following comments:
1. This project does not abut the State Highway system.
2. IDAPA 39.03.60 governs advertising along the State highway system. The applicant may
contact Justin Pond, Program Manager for ITD’s Headquarters Right-of-Way Section at 334-
8832 for more information.
3. Idaho Code 40-1910 does not allow advertising within the right-of-way of any State highway.
4. ITD does not object to the construction of three building lots on a 1.56 acre parcel as presented.
