Posting of Public Hearing Signs
in the City of Meridian
Notarized Statement
This statement notifies the City of Meridian that Smith Brighton, LLC revised the
posted Public Hearing Signs located at the Northeast corner of Ustick Road and
Eagle Road to reflect the City Council meeting scheduled for November 30, 2004.
The signs were changed the afternoon of November 19, 2004. Attached are two
photographs showing the location of the posted signs.
