Locust Grove Rd., In MerIdian for Carl & Bonnie Relterman, Owner/Developers. You may recall discussing this easement with me and our desire to reduce its impact upon the development. The existing easement for this minor drain ditch is 26 feet wide. Because this parcel is naITOW and deep (332' by 16131 and due to the configuration of the pre6mlnary plat, leaving this wide an easement imposes a severe burden on both the commercial and residential lots.
