Message: There is a synergy to be had between the community and this development which can enhance the the
experience of both for all parties. I'm not convinced that the proposed plan will achieve that though. Please do
not let this plan go through as is, I would like to see more collaboration between community leaders and the
developer to ensure a development is added we can all be proud of that will enhance rather than detract from the
