Message: This is not a "village" in any sense of the word. Just another strip mall, or 2-3 strip malls packed in
one space. We have one Eagle Road already. What a wasted opportunity. And we're getting very tired of this
developer's sleight-of-hand. Two continuances, and they used the extra time mainly to ramp up a PR campaign.
They want to claim credit and our eternal gratitude for removing the Costco, when it was Costco's decision
weeks earlier to locate down the road. Neighborhood "meetings" that are just displays of what they're going to
do with no genuine solicitation of community feedback.
