NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the
City of Meridian will hold a public hearing at Meridian City Hall, 33
E. Broadway Ave, Meridian, Idaho at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, Sep-
tember 26, 2017 for the purpose of reviewing and considering the
application H-2017-0120 by Maverick, INC, for Request to Short
Plat Two (2) Commercial Lots on Approximately 5.136 Acres in
the C-G Zoning District for Barger Subdivision Located at 1515
E Fairview Avenue

testify are welcome to do so at the
public hearing listed on this notifica-

than 7 days prior to the scheduled
hearing date. Applications are
subject to change throughout the
public hearing process and it is
incumbent on interested persons to
follow the process in person, online,
or by contacting City staff.
