CITY OF MERIDIAN NOTICE OF HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning and Zoning
Commission of the City of Meridian will hold a public hearing at
Meridian City Hall, 33 E. Broadway Ave, Meridian, Idaho at 6:00
p.m. on Thursday, October 19, 2017 for the purpose of reviewing
and considering the application H-2017-0130 by Brighton
Investments, LLC for a Conditional Use Permit of 3.38 Acres of
Land in the C-N Zoning District for Veranda Senior Living at
Century Farm Located at Approximately 1/2 Mile East of South
Eagle Road on the South Side of East Amity Road.

Any interested persons wishing to
testify are welcome to do so at the
public hearing listed on this notifi-
cation or submit written testimony

than 7 days prior to the scheduled
hearing date. Applications are
subject to change throughout the
public hearing process and it is
incumbent on interested persons
to follow the process in person,
online, or by contacting City staff.
