CITY OF MERIDIAN NOTICE OF HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning and Zoning
Commission of the City of Meridian will hold a public hearing at
Meridian City Hall, 33 E. Broadway Ave, Meridian, Idaho at 6:00
p.m. on Thursday, October 19, 2017 for the purpose of
reviewing and considering the application H-2017-0129 by
DevCo, LLC for a Annexation and Rezone of 40.99 Acres of
Land with R-4 and R-15 Zoning Districts and a Preliminary Plat
Consisting of 139 Building Lots and 7 (Seven) Common Lots on
40.99 Acres of Land in a Proposed R-8 Zoning District for East
Ridge Estates Subdivision Located North of East Lake Hazel
Road and West of South Eagle Road

to testify are welcome to do so at
the public hearing listed on this
notification or submit written

no later than 7 days prior to the
scheduled hearing date.
