CITY OF MERIDIAN NOTICE OF HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning and Zoning
Commission of the City of Meridian will hold a public hearing at
Meridian City Hall, 33 E. Broadway Ave, Meridian, Idaho at 6:00
p.m. on Thursday, October 19, 2017 for the purpose of reviewing
and considering the application H-2017-0104 by DevCo, LLC for a
Rezone of Approximately 11.08 Acres from C-G to the R-15 Zoning
District; Preliminary Plat Consisting of 96 Single Family
Residential Lots, 6 (six) Commercial Lots and 7 (seven) Common
Lots on Approximately 24.23 Acres in the Proposed C-G and R-15
Zoning District and a Conditional Use Permit Modification to
Reduce the Acreage of the Apartment Project to Reduce the
Number of Units, Modify the Proposed Amenities and other Specific
Changes to the Previously Approved Project (H-2016-0060) for
Movado Greens Subdivision located the South Side of East
Overland Road between South Topaz Way and South Cloverdale
Road.

hearing date. Applications are
