CITY OF MERIDIAN NOTICE OF HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning and Zoning
Commission of the City of Meridian will hold a public hearing at
Meridian City Hall, 33 E. Broadway Ave, Meridian, Idaho at 6:00
p.m. on Thursday, September 21, 2017 for the purpose of
reviewing and considering the application H-2017-0124 by SCS
Brighton LLC to Amend the Unified Development Code
11-4-27B.3 to Change the Minimum Private Usable Open Space for
each Multi-Family Unit from 80 Square Feet to 60 Square Feet and
for a Conditional Use Permit for a Multi-Family Development
Consisting of 240 Residential Dwelling Units on 8.16 Acres of Land
in a C-G Zoning District for TM Creek Apartments Located South of
West Franklin Road and East of South Ten Mile Road

public hearing listed on this notifica-

than 7 days prior to the scheduled
hearing date. Applications are
subject to change throughout the
public hearing process and it is
incumbent on interested persons to
follow the process in person, online,
or by contacting City staff.
