Broadway Ave, Meridian, Idaho at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 21, 2017 for the purpose of reviewing and considering the application H-2017-0124 by SCS Brighton LLC to Amend the Unified Development Code 11-4-27B.3 to Change the Minimum Private Usable Open Space for each Multi-Family Unit from 80 Square Feet to 60 Square Feet and for a Conditional Use Permit for a Multi-Family Development Consisting of 240 Residential Dwelling Units on 8.16 Acres of Land in a C-G Zoning District for TM Creek Apartments Located South of West Franklin Road and East of South Ten Mile Road *Anyone desiring accommodation for disabilities related to the documents and/or hearings please contact the City Clerk’s Office at (208) 888-4433.* Any interested persons wishing to testify are welcome to do so at the public hearing listed on this notifica- tion or submit written testimony to the City Clerk’s Office at 33 E.
