Applicant responds to Commission comments as follows concerning Central Valley Corporate
Park #6:
Applicant has met with Elroy Huff to determine feasibility of relocating certain plantings in the
existing private park. Applicant has also met with landscape architect Harvest Design regard-
ing the same issue. Certain Purple Ash, Blue Spruce and Arborvitae will be relocated into the
new park and/or the other areas of the site.
The new park will be grassed and planted with trees, shrubs and ground cover. Hardscape
features will include a walking path, benches and pavers in select areas. Details of the Park
will be submitted with Phase n building permit drawings.
The license agreement with the NampalMeridian Irrigation District has been prepared by the
District's attorney Ringert & Clark, executed by applicant and is scheduled to be executed by
the Board on 11-9-04.
The revised preliminary plat showing the requested 15ft. ftont setbacks on the building lots is
submitted with this narrative.
