Dear C. Jay:
Nampa & Meridian Irrigation District (NMID) has a Land Use Change Application currently
on file for this project. NMID will withhold any further comment until our review is
complete.
The Kennedy Lateral borders this property on the south side, and must be protected. The
minimum easement for the Kennedy Lateral at this location is a total of fifty-five feet (55');
twenty feet (20') left, and thirty-five feet (35') right, of centerline.
All private laterals and waste ways must be protected. All municipal surface drainage must be
retained onsite. If any surface drainage leaves the site, NMID must review drainage plans.
The Developer must comply with Idaho Code 31-3805.
