The District's easement for the Jackson Drain at this location is a minimum of fifty feet (50'); thirty-five feet (35') left and fifteen feet (15') from centerline each direction. This easement must be protected. Any encroachment without a signed License Agreement and approved plan before any construction is started is unacceptable. All municipal surface drainage must be retained on site. If any municipal surface drainage leaves the site, the NMID must review drainage plans.
