application as it lies outside of our district boundaries. Please contact Mack Meyers with
Settlers Irrigation in regards to the White Drain, at 208-344-2471 or P.O. Box 7571 Boise, ID
83707.
All private laterals and waste ways must be protected. All municipal surface drainage must be
retained on-site. If any surface drainage leaves the site,,NMID must review drainage plans.
Developers must comply with Idaho Code 31-3805.
