Mr. Will Berg, Jr.,
Meridian City Clerk
33 E. Idaho Ave.
Meridian, Id 83642
Dear Mr. Berg;
Holy Apostles Catholic Church would like to request permission from the
Meridian City Council to obtain water service from United Water of Boise for our new
church facilities. We have purchased 24.4 acres at the southeast corner of Meridian
Road and Chinden Blvd. United Water has a line less than one mile from our property.
They have verbally stated they could provide us with water for domestic use as well as
enough water for the fire protection requirements.
We understand that this location is in the City of Meridian impact area and
permission is needed from the Meridian City Council for us to proceed with this plan.
We also understand that when Meridian City Water service becomes available in this
area we may be required to change to Meridian City Water. Please place our request
to use United Water on the Council's agenda for their approval.
Sincerely,
Jan Larrea
Holy Apostles Building Committee Rep.
