ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF CHANGE ORDER LIMITS
BY CONTRACTOR
The increase or decrease in Contract price and/or Contract time stated in each and
every Change Order shall unequivocally comprise the total price and/or time
adjustment due or owed the CONTRACTOR for the work or changes ordered by the
Change Order. By executing the change Order, the CONTRACTOR acknowledges
and agrees that the stipulated price and/or time adjustments represent full
compensation for all increases or decreases in cost or the time required to perform
the Contract as whole arising directly or indirectly from the Change Order, including
costs and delays associated with the interruption of schedules, extended
overheads, delay, and cumulative impacts or ripple effect on all other non -affected
work under Contract not changed by the Change Order. Signing of the Change
Order constitutes full and mutual accord and satisfaction for the adjustment in
Contract price and/or time, subject to the current scope of the entire work as set
forth in the Contract Documents. Acceptance of this Change order constitutes an
agreement between Owner and CONTRACTOR that the Change Order represents
an equitable adjustment to the Contract, and that CONTRACTOR will waive all

As per your request, enclosed is a copy of Record Steel's
additional, costs for the change with the dugouts. The total cost
for the dugouts is $ 1,760.00,
Also, as per our agreement regarding the sterilization of the
parking lot, the cost is $ 350.00.

change on the dug out pits. RSCI respectively requests an additional $400.00 per dugout pit
to furnish and install the concrete pads per the i ew design.

Also included is an updated project budget. As we discussed this morning, there will be a
Change Order No. 5 for installing the 15" pipeline from the existing irrigation box to Five Mile
Creek. We should have a firm price early next week.

For pedestrian safety reasons, it was recommended portions of the sideline fences for the
softball fields be increased in height from 4' to 8'. A total of 533 If of 4' fence and 146 If of
6' fence (total = 679 If) will not be used for the baseball fields. The 146 If of 6' fence
originally planned for the baseball fields will be placed along the south park boundary
which, as a result, removes the same quantity from Bid Item SP -MC -3, 6' Chain Link Fence
(original bid: 1468 If @ $8.85/I0. Supporting documentation attached.

frames were installed for this but had to be switched to allow use of the specified panic
hardware. 4) Changed for aesthetic purposes.
