RE: H-2017-0120 BARGER SUBDIVISION
The Idaho Transportation Department (ITD) has reviewed the final plat application by Maverick Inc for the
Barger Subdivision on a parcel located at 1515 East Fairview Avenue, west of SH-55, milepost 37.91. ITD
has the following comments:
1. This property does not abut the State highway system.
2. Idaho Code 40-1910 does not allow advertising within the right-of-way of any State highway.
3. IDAPA 39.03.60 governs advertising along the State highway system. The applicant may contact
Justin Pond, Program Manager for ITD’s Headquarters Right-of-Way Section at 334-8832 for
more information.
4. ITD does not object to this short plat application as presented.
