RE: H-2017-0112 AT&T STOR-IT SELF STORAGE
The Idaho Transportation Department (ITD) has reviewed the conditional use permit application by Justin
Hadley from Smartlink, LLC to construct a 100 ft. wireless communication (cell tower) facility for AT&T
Stor-It Storage on a parcel located at 1776 North Avest Lane east of North Locust Grove Road, north of East
Fairview Avenue, west of SH-55 milepost 38.10. ITD has the following comments:
1. This property does not abut the State highway system.
2. IDAPA 39.03.60 rules govern advertising along the State highway system. The applicant can
contact the ITD District 3 Traffic Section at 334-8300 for more information.
3. Idaho Code 40-1910 does not allow advertising within the right-of-way of any State highway.
4. ITD does not object to this conditional use permit application as presented.
