The Idaho Transportation Department (ITD) has reviewed the rezone application by Kobe, LLC for a parcel
located at the northeast corner of S. Locust Grove Rd and E. Franklin Road north of I-84 mile point 45.10.
ITD has the following comments:
1. This property does not abut the State highway system.
2. IDAPA 39.03.60 rules govern advertising along the State highway system. The applicant can
contact the ITD District 3 Traffic Section at 334-8300 for more information.
3. Idaho Code 40-1910 does not allow advertising within the right-of-way of any State highway.
4. ITD does not object to this rezone application as presented.
