Ada County Highway District approved the use of the existing 20-foot-wide driveway. Their comment was in error in that the east property line was mentioned instead of the west property line. The comment read, "Utilize the existing 20-foot wide driveway that intersects McMillan Road at the east property line, as proposed." There is no driveway on the east property line; the driveway is to the existing house and will be paved. The entrance to the garage is on the west side, and access cannot be from N. Schubert Way. We respectfully request that the first sentence of this condition be stricken. The required corrections will be made. The PUDI easements will be shown. A better detail of Block 8 will be provided. The applicant will comply. The applicant will comply, with the exception of Note (18) (see item 11 above). We ask that the note be required to read, "Except for the cross-access easement shown for Lot 9, Block 5, direct lot access to E. McMillan Road is prohibited." 17. The applicant will comply. 18.
