RE: H-2017-0103 SUGARMAN SUBDIVISION
The Idaho Transportation Department (ITD) has reviewed the preliminary plat one year time extension
application by Columbia Trust for the Sugarman Subdivision on a parcel located at 1450 West Ustick Road,
on the northeast corner of the W. Ustick Rd and N. Linder Rd intersection, west of SH-55 milepost 38.96.
ITD has the following comments:
1. This property does not abut the State highway system.
2. IDAPA 39.03.60 governs advertising along the State highway system. The applicant may contact
Justin Pond, Program Manager for ITD’s Headquarters Right-of-Way Section at 334-8832 for
more information.
3. Idaho Code 40-1910 does not allow advertising within the right-of-way of any State highway.
4. ITD does not object to this extension application as presented.
