CITY OF MERIDIAN NOTICE OF HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of
Meridian will hold a public hearing at Meridian City Hall, 33 E.
Broadway Ave, Meridian, Idaho at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, August
15, 2017 for the purpose of reviewing and considering the application
H-2017-0099 by Cameron Preece for Short Plat to condominiumize
an existing structure into 2 units in an L-O zoning district for Preece
Business Condominiums located 3061 S. Meridian Road

hearing date. Applications are
subject to change throughout the
public hearing process and it is
