RE: H-2017-0099 PREECE BUSINESS CONDOMINIUMS
The Idaho Transportation Department (ITD) has reviewed the short plat application by Cameron Preece to
condominiumize an existing structure into 2 units on a parcel located east of SH-69 milepoint 8.23. ITD has
the following comments:
1. This property does not abut the State highway system.
2. No access to the State Highway system is requested with this application and none is approved.
Any work within the State highway right-of-way including any connection to or modification of
an existing access to the State Highway system will require a permit from ITD.
3. Idaho Code 40-1910 does not allow advertising within the right-of-way of any State highway
system.
4. IDAPA 39.03.60 rules govern advertising along the State highway system. The applicant can
contact the ITD District 3 Traffic Section at 334-8300 for more information.
5. ITD does not object to this short plat application as presented.
