Nampa & Meridian Irrigation District (NMID) has a Land Use Change Application currently on file for
this project, and is in the process of review. We will withhold further comments until we are finished
with our review.
The Districts Eight Mile Lateral lies along the east side of this proposed project. The easement for the
Eight Mile Lateral at this location, is a minimum of fifty feet (50'); twenty-five feet (25') from
centerline each direction.
All private laterals and waste ways must be protected. All municipal surface drainage must be retained
on-site. If any surface drainage leaves the site, NMID must review drainage plans. Developers must
comply with Idaho Code 31-3805.
