RE: H-2017-0093 LINDER 109 LLC DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT MODIFICATION
The Idaho Transportation Department (ITD) has reviewed the request for modification to the existing
development agreement to remove the subject property from the existing agreement and execute a new DA
solely for the subject property for Wolff Enterprises II, LLC on a parcel located on the south side of West
Overland Road, approximately ¼ mile west of South Linder, south of I-84, milepost 42.9. ITD has the
following comments:
1. This property does not abut the State highway system.
2. The City is reminded that the I-84 and SH-69 corridors are already congested. This project will
increase the number of vehicle trips in those corridors. ITD has no current funding assigned to
mitigate traffic congestion in the I-84 and SH-69 corridors.
3. ITD does not object to removing the subject property from the existing development agreement
and execution of a new development agreement solely for the subject property for Linder and
Overland Apartments.
