Broadway Ave, Meridian, Idaho at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 17, 2017 for the purpose of reviewing and considering the application H-2017-0096 by TS Development, LLC for Conditional Use Permit approval for a drive-thru establishment within 300 feet of a residential use and district on 0.55 of an acre of land in the C-N zoning district on Lot 25, Block 1, McLinder Subdivision No. 2 for Shops at Sawtooth Village (25) generally located east side of N. Linder Road, approximately 1/8 mile south of W.
