CITY OF MERIDIAN NOTICE OF HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning and Zoning
Commission of the City of Meridian will hold a public hearing at
Meridian City Hall, 33 E. Broadway Ave, Meridian, Idaho at 6:00
p.m. on Thursday, August 17, 2017 for the purpose of reviewing
and considering the application H-2017-0096 by TS Development,
LLC for Conditional Use Permit approval for a drive-thru
establishment within 300 feet of a residential use and district on 0.55
of an acre of land in the C-N zoning district on Lot 25, Block 1,
McLinder Subdivision No. 2 for Shops at Sawtooth Village (25)
generally located east side of N. Linder Road, approximately 1/8 mile
south of W. McMillan Road

hearing date. Applications are
subject to change throughout the
public hearing process and it is
incumbent on interested persons to
follow the process in person, online,
or by contacting City staff.
