CITY OF MERIDIAN NOTICE OF HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of
Meridian will hold a public hearing at Meridian City Hall, 33 E.
Broadway Ave, Meridian, Idaho at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, August
15, 2017 for the purpose of reviewing and considering the application
H-2017-0084 by Bridgetower Investments, LLC for an
Amendment to the Recorded Development Agreement (DA)
(Instr. #106034786, amended as Instr. #111010393) to allow right
out only access to N. Ten Mile Road for the office lots approved with
the Volterra South Subdivision and to modify the boundary of the
Development Agreement for Summerwood Subdivision generally
located north side of W. McMillan Road between N. Black Cat Road
and N. Ten Mile Road

hearing date. Applications are
subject to change throughout the
public hearing process and it is
incumbent on interested persons to

or by contacting City staff.
